Boston · New England · East Coast dates
Boston photographer and filmmaker, still on the East Coast schedule.
The studio started here in 2012, moved to Las Vegas in 2026, and the East Coast work did not stop when the address changed. Dates there run as trips: I group bookings into one multi-day run so the travel is shared across the week instead of loaded onto a single client.

Conferences, events, dance film, elopements.
What is bookable on the East Coast
The same person, the same files, the same workflow. The only difference is that a plane is involved, and I would rather tell you that plainly than hide it in a rate.
Conference headshot stations
The same station that runs in Las Vegas travels. Backdrop, lighting, a retouching workflow and a gallery inside five business days, with the airport and hotel costs shown as their own lines.
Events and brand content
Keynotes, panels, offsites, award dinners. Photo and film across the day, edited for the people who have to post it that week.
Dance film and documentary
Boston dance companies, including Onstage Dance Company, from the pandemic years onward. Dance film commissions are still open.
Elopements
Yes, with travel billed at cost. The session, the photo assistant and the optional second shooter quote the same as they do in Nevada.
How a Boston date is quoted
No travel fee inside Las Vegas or the valley. Boston and everywhere else is billed at cost, itemized on the invoice so you can see exactly what the trip costs and what the work costs.
One week's notice
Shown as its own line on the quote and the final invoice. Nothing folded into the day rate.
Flights and hotel at cost
Shown as its own line on the quote and the final invoice. Nothing folded into the day rate.
Ground transport at cost
Shown as its own line on the quote and the final invoice. Nothing folded into the day rate.
Itemized, never bundled
Shown as its own line on the quote and the final invoice. Nothing folded into the day rate.
East Coast bookings need a week's notice at minimum. Tell me the window as early as you can, since flights are the only part of the quote that moves.
Why clients there still call
Boston is where this started in 2012 and where most of the relationships still live, from dance companies to the early clients who took a chance on someone with one camera and a borrowed light. The honest case against hiring someone local is that they are local. The honest case for me is continuity: the person who shot your first event is still the person who answers the email, and the files still match the ones you already have.
Boston questions
Have a Boston date in mind?
Send the week and the brief. If the dates group into one run, the travel gets cheaper for everybody, and I will tell you when the window works best.
