Corporate · conferences · teams
Team headshots, shot on your floor.
A full headshot studio at your office, conference or trade show. Your people walk in, stand on the mark and leave with a photo they will actually put on LinkedIn. Retouched galleries within 5 business days, or sooner. Specializing in photographing all types of skin tones, color balanced properly, which is the part most conference stations get wrong.

Same light, same crop, same background. Ten people or four hundred.
What you actually get
One price, one scope, one gallery. No surprise line items after the shoot.
A full studio on your floor
Backdrop, lighting and posing guidance, set up in a booth, a breakout room or an empty conference suite. About 10x10 ft and one standard outlet is all it needs.
Fast throughput
A line that keeps moving. Photographing as many as 40 people per hour, one at a time.
Real retouching
Skin, color and exposure. Natural, no AI. Every photo is reviewed before it is exported.
Delivery inside 5 business days
A private gallery ready for LinkedIn, badges, websites and press, with download sizes for each. Usually sooner.
One look across the team
Same light, same crop, same skin tone correction on everyone. A team photographed this year still matches the team photographed three years ago.
Paperwork that clears procurement
W-9, a certificate of insurance on request, clear invoices, a contract and model releases, and one page per quote with a fixed scope.
How a station day runs
No clock-watching, no one standing around waiting for a photographer to figure out the room.
Load-in
Backdrop, two lights, tethering. Live before the first person sits down.
Shoot
Continuous headshots, posed and directed, so nobody has to know what to do with their hands.
Select and retouch
A culling pass ranks by focus and expression, then every frame that ships is retouched.
Deliver
Private gallery, individual downloads, and a set the marketing team can drop straight in. Often inside two.
One station, or a full crew
How many people are coming decides which of these you get, and the rate does not change.
Solo, for small and midsize shows
One station, run by me, up to 40 people an hour. I do not manage a queue: each attendee scans a QR code, leaves a name, email and phone, and everyone gets the gallery link when the edit is done. No software to learn, no line that stalls while someone checks a list.
Large conferences, with goMLR
For hundreds to thousands of attendees I work with goMLR to bring multiple photographers, makeup artists and a real queue system, so the line moves and nobody misses a session. Same rates as a solo station, more of it.
Solo stations suit small to midsize conferences. If the show is large I am still hireable at the same rates, the crew just gets bigger.

Booth activation
Give away a headshot. Get the queue.
Sponsors pay for foot traffic, and a free professional headshot is one of the few booth offers attendees will stand in line for. Every attendee leaves a name, email and phone, the sponsor keeps the list, and the gallery can carry their mark. They get traffic and contacts, attendees get a photo they use for years.
- Sponsor mark on the gallery, on request, never by default
- Lead capture by QR code: name, email and phone, yours to keep
- Social crops for the sponsor team inside five business days

Wells Fargo × NGLCC '26, via goMLR
Load-in, a full afternoon of headshot hours, load-out and a shared gallery out the door inside 5 days at the Sheraton San Diego. Approximately 1,700 photos shot on the day.
Booked through goMLR, who put the crew and the station together, and it is described that way everywhere, because that is what happened.
Frequently asked questions
What does a conference headshot station need from the venue?
A standard outlet and about 10x10 ft. Send the exhibitor manual and floor plan and I will coordinate load-in, power and the rest.
How many attendees can you photograph?
Up to 40 people an hour running one station solo. For hundreds to thousands of attendees I work with goMLR to bring multiple photographers, makeup artists and a queue system.
When will attendees receive their headshots?
The retouched gallery goes out within 5 business days, usually sooner. Rush delivery inside 48 hours and instant on-site delivery are available at an added cost.
Can the sponsor collect leads through the station?
Yes. Each attendee scans a QR code and leaves a name, email and phone, so the list is yours and the gallery can carry the sponsor's mark on request.
Can you cover the conference beyond the headshot station?
Yes. We can add keynote, panel, networking and after-party photo or video coverage to the same scope.
How many people can you photograph per hour?
As many as 40 people an hour, one at a time, without rushing anybody off the mark. Larger shows get a second station or a crew.
How long until we get photos?
Retouched galleries within 5 business days, usually sooner. Rush delivery inside 48 hours and instant on-site delivery are both available at an added cost.
What should people wear?
Whatever they feel comfortable in. A headshot is a representation of them, and if they feel comfortable in what they are wearing that confidence shows in the frame. If they want a steer: solid colors, nothing with fine stripes or busy patterns. I can send a one-page guide you can forward to the team.
How much space do you need?
A standard outlet and about 10x10 ft. A booth, a breakout room, a quiet corner of a suite or an empty office all work. Send the floor plan and the exhibitor manual and I will confirm the rest.
Do you retouch every photo?
Yes, every photo is retouched: skin, color and exposure. Each image is reviewed before it is exported. Attendees keep every frame taken of them, usually 3 to 7, and pick their favorite from the gallery.
Can you match our existing team headshots?
Yes. Send us a few examples and we'll match the background, crop and lighting.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel is billed at cost. West Coast regularly, nationwide on request. I flew to San Diego for Wells Fargo x NGLCC '26.
Can you also cover the rest of the event?
Yes. Keynotes, panels, networking and the after-party, photo and video, from the same team. See event pricing.
Got a date and a headcount?
Send both and you get a one-page quote with a fixed scope. Based in Las Vegas, no travel inside the metro, and West Coast plus nationwide by arrangement.
