Events · commercial · restaurants · concerts

Event and commercial coverage that survives the group chat.

Keynotes, panels and award dinners. Nightclubs, concerts, private events, grand openings, and everything else in between. Restaurants get the food, the menu, the room and the marketing content they need all year. Photo and video across the whole day, handed back in a state your marketing team can post that week. Local in Las Vegas, traveling nationwide and internationally. Multi-day coverage is available on inquiry.

Conferences, concerts, clubs, restaurants, private events, grand openings.

What we cover

One contact for the whole event, so nothing depends on three vendors talking to each other. If it has people in a room and something worth remembering, it is in scope.

Conferences and trade shows

Registration, the floor, sponsor booths, the hallway conversations that matter.

Keynotes, panels, breakouts

Stage coverage that reads on a phone screen, not just at full size.

Concerts and live music

Stage light, haze, a packed floor. Shot from the pit and from the back of the room.

Nightclubs and DJ sets

Dark rooms, moving lasers, one usable exposure. Low light is a lighting problem and it has a solution.

Private events

Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, the celebration nobody put a press release out for.

Grand openings and launches

Ribbon, room, first customers, the toast. Coverage your team can use the next morning.

Restaurants and hospitality

The room, the pass, the service in motion. Photography that makes someone want to book a table.

Food, drink and menus

Plated dishes, cocktails, menu covers and delivery listings, lit so the food still looks like food.

Marketing content

Seasonal menus, the social grid, short clips for the feed. A year of restaurant content shot in one visit.

Activations and headshot stations

The booth offer attendees queue for, run end to end.

Award dinners and after-parties

Speeches, the winners, and the part of the night that happens after the programme.

Recap reels and interviews

A cut your team can post before the follow-up email goes out.

Built around your run of show

Send the schedule, the venue rules and the sponsor obligations. Coverage gets planned around those, not around my convenience.

Before

Brief

Run of show, venue rules, the moments that cannot be missed, and who needs the files.

Before

Plan

Rooms, transitions and sponsor obligations mapped to a coverage plan and a shot list.

On the day

Cover

One contact, one visual language. Photo and video move together instead of tripping over each other.

After

Deliver

Files your marketing team can drop straight into a post, with the selects first.

Las Vegas local

Close to the halls, so the invoice has no airfare.

Based in Las Vegas, minutes from the convention center, the Strip resorts and downtown venues. There are no travel fees anywhere in the city or the Las Vegas Valley, so there is no airfare or hotel line on a local show. The same crew travels the West Coast, the rest of the country, and internationally.

Frequently asked questions

Can one team cover photo and video?

Yes, if you want both running at once. One operator covers both only when the schedule lets me move between them. If a job needs stills and motion at the same moment, a second shooter joins and the extra operator starts at $600. One booking, one contact, one visual plan either way.

Can you add a headshot station?

Yes. We can scope a headshot station alongside keynote, panel and networking coverage.

How fast are event files delivered?

Standard delivery is five business days for a full event gallery, with a same-week highlight set available as a paid rush. Twelve hours is the fastest I will commit to, and only when it is booked that way from the start, because a rush edit runs overnight and eats the next day.

Do you work multi-day conventions?

Yes. Share the full run of show and I will quote the crew and coverage by day.

Do you travel?

Yes. I am based in Las Vegas and work the whole valley with no travel fee, including Henderson, Summerlin and Boulder City. Beyond that I travel nationwide and internationally, and travel is billed at cost: flights, hotel, ground transport and per diems shown as separate lines on the invoice, not folded into the rate.

Send the run of show.

Dates, venue, programme and who needs the files. You get a one-page quote with a fixed scope and a coverage plan, not a rate sheet.
